Step 1: Discovery Meeting
Our process begins with a comprehensive discovery meeting, ideally within our Croydon showroom so we can introduce you to our extensive product range. During this session, we take the time to understand your vision, preferences, and practical requirements. Whether you have a blank canvass in a new extension or are looking to transform an existing kitchen, we’ll uncover your expectations and goals to lay the foundation for your design.
If you’re working on a new build or renovation, we kindly ask that you bring architectural plans during your visit. These help us tailor the design to your space. However if you don’t have plans available, don’t worry—we can visit your home to take precise measurements.
Step 2: Showroom Experience
Combining your visit with the Discovery Meeting, we recommend visiting our stunning Croydon kitchen showroom early in the process. Here, you can explore our range of styles, materials, and finishes while getting to know our team and the exceptional quality of our products. From handleless modern kitchens to classic shaker designs, our team will introduce you to various styles and finishes, whilst our displays will help you visualise the possibilities for your own space.
Step 3: Cohesive Kitchen Design
After our initial meeting, we’ll create a bespoke kitchen design tailored to your brief. However, unlike many kitchen companies, our team have the passion, creativity and technical skill which allows us to work beyond simply designing a kitchen. Our approach considers how your kitchen interacts with the rest of your home. By integrating the kitchen into your overall space, we create a cohesive design that complements your interiors. This approach ensures your new kitchen feels harmonious and enhances the flow of your home.
Step 4: Design Presentation and Feedback
Once we’ve crafted your design, we invite you to a follow-up meeting where we present our initial concepts. Using advanced visualisation tools, we’ll bring your new kitchen to life, allowing you to see how it looks and functions within your space. Your feedback is invaluable at this stage, and we’re happy to make adjustments until the design is exactly right for you and aligned with your vision.
Step 5: Installation
When you’re ready to proceed, we’ll prepare your kitchen for production. Our trusted installation partners, with over a decade of experience, will ensure a seamless fit. For added peace of mind, we can arrange for you to speak with previous customers about their experiences. Alternatively, we can provide a supply-only service if you have appointed your own installers.
